Thanks to mkawa, Imav and everybody who fixed the site. I hope the geekhack wiki pages I sent you could be of use.

Same kudos from me.

I made the monumental blunder of wrecking my computer (deleted the partition on C:\ it was very late at night and I was doing maintenance on a bunch of old hard drives laying around, totally stupid and careless on my part .... ) about the same time that geekhack.org went down for the last time.

Actually, it probably did me a lot of good to go cold turkey for a while.

Massive thanks to all you guys who put the pieces back together.

Love, Harry
"However, even though I was born in the Mesozoic, I do know what anyone who wants to reach out to young people should say: Billionaires took your money. They took your chance to buy a home. They took your chance at a good education. They stole your opportunities. Billionaires took the things you want in life. If you really want those things, you have to take them back.
That's the message. That's the whole message. Say that every day, not just to reach America's frustrated young white men, but people of every age, race, and gender.
Late-stage capitalism is a wealth-concentration engine, focused on vacuuming up every dollar and putting it in as few hands as possible. Republicans are helping that vacuum suck.
How does a tiny fraction of the population get away with this? They do it by dividing the other 99% of Americans against themselves."

Were you able to recover the partition using testdisk or other tools? I'm continually amazed at how much date can be recovered from a drive.

I'm using the nostalgic theme, though I do think it can be improved upon. I just like darker themes.

Ideally, it'd match my current openbox config: grey-on-grey low contrast. I think it looks simple, elegant, and fantastic. Grey is way more classy than white or black.

Nice to see GH back. I'd just bought my first Poker and was itching for inspiration on how to mod it.
