oh absolutely
i myself just got rid of my realforce 87 because, well i found it too big and clunky for home use haha.
And i can't get used to HHKB layout, so i went back to my cherry mx tkl

still have a typeheaven so i can enjoy the cup rubber at work
would love to put those caps on my typeheaven, or actually sell the typeheaven and keep that 104 realforce lol.

KBT Race with a pink IMSTO alu case and MX browns as well as a pink alu spacebar.

I have an L.E. Race 2 that's on pre-order, and when that comes in, I'm putting clears on it, lubing and stickering those, and throwing it in the IMSTO case.

And got my GMK modifier set in blue from EK yesterday as well.  I'm looking at using it with my sexy blue dyesub typewriter caps.  The Esc cap idea is still pending and I need to find something better for the Backspace key and for the Winkeys:

It's from a thrift store near my school, but close enough. My dad bought a full suit for $3 from salvation army. It was a $1200 Calvin Klein suit. Other good finds include a Calvin Klein sweater for $5 and a computer monitor for $2.

It's from a thrift store near my school, but close enough. My dad bought a full suit for $3 from salvation army. It was a $1200 Calvin Klein suit. Other good finds include a Calvin Klein sweater for $5 and a computer monitor for $2.

I like stories like that.

My goodwill doesn't accept electronics so I will never find old keyboards that way :(

So I am planning on going to the flea market soon, I want to find a cheap model f xt, convert it, paint it dark green, paint the plate some bright color and put blank black keycaps on it.  :rolleyes:

I stopped by a few thrift stores this week and got some interesting stuff:

Kinesis Freestyle 2 Mac w. VIP3 $20
MS Ergo 4000 $5

Both in decent condition, except the Freestyle is missing several stabilizer wires :(

Now I should be able to get some forward momentum on my typewriter inspired sets.  I think a couple of colors might work. 

I'm also think of turning the ring into a community resource once I'm done with it.

Microswitch replacements for my logitech g9x, a colored pencil for the GF, some white bike tape...
and blank white pbt key caps from banggood.com! The set of keys took exactly two weeks to get to the islands.
