switching from iPhone?
Nah. I have this thing with impulse buying Nexus phones. I just love the way they look and Marshmallow is a nice distraction from iOS.

I am 100% artisan-less.  :-X

Not sure whether to pity you or be jelly.

Imagine all the boards I could've invested in if I never got into the artisan game...

My keyboard abstinence is strong. I only possess one keyboard at a time.

Oho, postman called me that there is a package from Hong Kong where I have to pay customs.

WHAT IS IT?

I don't remember anything I am awaiting from Hong Kong! Only the TX1800... Wait! OMG! No, that can't be.
Isn't TX1800 from Korea?

Arrgh, that's true! I can't remember what that could be. It could be that my wife ordered something for the kid. Well, I will see latest on Friday what it is. Unfortunately tomorrow is a bank holiday, and the postman went to the next location since no one was not at home and could not pay the customs fee.

The riddle is solved, I got the package to my work address delivered right now! It is a MIDI controller which I think ordered in a probably drunken session back in summer! Damn auto-saved credit card information (I don't save it, never, but somehow Google remembered my info, maybe because of the Google Drive abo).

Hehe, here in the office there is lots of light, a office building with lots of glass. But there is no sun today, and in the last weeks! Cold winter here, even with snow :)

BTW, pictures are made with the LG G4! I really like that the camera is not bad at all and you can get some nice results. Dreaming of year 2026 when bigger cameras are finally obsolete.

That would be a reasonably nice view you have out of the window.

I do not even sit near a window.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

My space in the office also has one of the wall in full window
but you really can't buy the view, it's noisy, dusty and humid

nice space you got there

I heard good stuff for the G4 too, but I'm also happy with my S6
though I think we just can't keep up with the world of smart phones and how fast they release new products

I do not even sit near a window.

Without window was before, we moved to a new office about a month ago. Before I was sitting inside a room with only one window in the middle of the room, surrounded by concrete walls. Was a little bit depressing, but staring almost all the day onto the screen made it easy to forget :)

I heard good stuff for the G4 too, but I'm also happy with my S6
though I think we just can't keep up with the world of smart phones and how fast they release new products

I just took the G4 since it was a little bit cheaper than the S6, and the iPhone as always too expensive (we don't get the iPhone here with cheap contracts, it is the most expensive smartphone with contract here). But I really like the G4, the leather cover is a little bit weird...

My Zenith Z-150, NTC KB-6251EA SKCM White (metal plate version), and Bulgarian Cyrillic keycaps(not pictured) arrived and omg these boards are pretty much in perfect condition, there is no rust on either of the boards plates, and they are dust free, the keycaps on the Zenith are slightly dirty but that will easily wash off. Some slight yellowing on the NTC but really not much.  Theres a problem though, i was planning on taking the SKCL greens switches from the Zenith...but i cant now because its in mint condition, guess i have a new vintage board thats permanently joining my collection.

Oh noes! Our little son turned on the stove while the purchasing and some other things like the post was lying there and we almost catch fire! There was a lot of smoke, half of the bread smelled burnt and we throw it away, and also this message from the postman was there... I know what it was (two Bro Caps), and I hope I can explain everything at the post office tomorrow. It is like you are trying to explain your teacher why you did not do your homework! The bar code of the package was on the right side of the paper...
