That's awesome! I haven't seen the need for one up to now but if it gets cooler than that, I may have to change my mind :))

I like the backlight shining through the front-printing - very effective.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

$4 Acer Board OuO

Case is pretty yellowed, but aside from a few scuffs the key caps are immaculate OuO

And hey, for $4 totally worth to try out Acer clicky switches, these are the Black version.

Twas like Christmas here today! I got some WYSE from JDCarpe, with a Tsangan kit (now waiting the Moogle, GO ORDER SOME!). Got my springs from Calvera, which had the most ingenious packaging. It had a strip that you pulled to open. (i3oiler, I'd highly suggest getting these. Makes recycling this bubble mailer a lot cleaner, and easier to open. :) ) And finally was a bit of a sad part, I believe the envelope on the left was from Huttala for some help with his Phantom a while back. Inside was supposed to be an MX Lock switch, but it seems that the USPS has claimed him into the depths. :'( R.I.P. In Peace little Lock switch.

That photo makes the set look darker - is it darker, closer to navy blue, or a lighter shade?

They're a bit lighter than they appear in that photo due to the flash effect.

If you're still confused, we'll just chalk it up to the fact that English isn't my first language.  ;)
