Anyone have experience with this Brown ALPS keyboard?

what I know:

It was originally for the Texas Instruments OPTI 900 Model 931 VDT
which was compatible with the TI Small Business System 300, 600, and 800 computers.
It's in stellar condition considering the age.

what I want to know:

What's it worth?
What should I do with it?
Could anyone here use it?

Now, this last part might be out of the question, but I'll ask anyway:

If it could be converted to USB, would it be worth the hassle/money? (those brown ALPS are easily the best I've ever laid my fingers on)
If I wanted it USB modded, how much would one of you more DIY tech-savvy geekhackers charge me for parts/labor?

I'd like to see the insides too, as there appear to be more than one type of tactile brown Alps. Tactile brown Alps is indeed highly regarded, but I do wonder whether perception differs between the two types.

(I am not sure how to write this up on the wiki as there's no model number : (

BTW, if you like the switches, you could acquire a Filco Zero (any variety) or any other Alps or Alps clone keyboard (SIIG MiniTouch, Strong Man–made Filcos etc) and transplant the switches. Or sell the switches on : )

I'm pretty sure brown was also used for a linear switch with an LED cutout. The photo above shows that brown tactile was used at the same time as green linear with LED cutout. I've just revisited MouseFan's Alps timeline, and brown isn't mentioned. Plus, he has far more overlap than I can account for.
