Ah, I've seen the CS Neo before, but never noticed it had block offs . Thanks! Which JIS RFs have them?

I imagine they feel the same. The difference is a BS has a buckling spring stem (usually glued together) and the BMX has a MX stem insert that can be removed and replaced with a buckling spring stem. A BMX is different from a regular MX by being taller to be able to fit a BS stem and match the height of actual BS keys.

haha yeah I thought that was my camera's white balance and not my screens, D5100 auto-WB definitely has trouble with that hack orange!
