Braided / Sleeved USB A to Mini USB?

I'm buying a KBC Poker in a few days and I've the USB cable is too short and whatnot so i have been looking into a braided USB a to mini USB, preferably green sleeving if anything. Does anyone know where I could find one?

Whiskerbox makes them normally but is currently on pause until later this month or next.  Be on the look out in classifieds :)
