How to change your custom user title?

Mine's got a bunch of gibberish in it. Anybody know how to change it?

custom titles are set by mods only. personal text can be set by a user.

I just couldn't figure out how to set the text above my avatar and there's a bunch of jibberish there.  The least I'd like to do is just remove it or set it to blank if that's possible.

we will be keeping the custom titles for mods, personal text for users model for now, but all custom titles will be reset as of today.
