There's a user named Tsangan here right..?

Was it because he made them?

yep, he came up with that accessory kit keyset based on his encyclopedic knowledge of boards with weird layouts :D

And moogle kits are NOT named after the final fantasy moogles, though the user who came up with the idea might have had his username named after final fantasy moogles.

Tsangan kits have 1.5x modifiers, a 7x space bar, 1x modifier keys and a short right Shift.  They are mainly for use with Korean custom keybaords.

Moogle kits generally have 1.25x modifiers, standard-width Shifts, Caps Lock, and 6.25x space bar.  They are for use with standard-layout ANSI keyboards (Filco, Leopold, etc.).

tsangan kit: compatibility kit for 87 and 104-key (winkeyed) keysets to fit winkeyless keyboards and weird keyboards like the PURE and some other cherry boards that have short right shifts.

hashbaz/moogle kit: compatibility kit for 84 and 101-key (winkeyless) keysets to fit modern 87 and 104-key (winkeyed) keyboards.

in some ways, they are duals of each other, but the basic idea is that sometimes, you need a winkeyless set to fit a winkeyed board (eg, vintage cherry keycaps on a filco) and sometimes you need modern winkeyed sets to fit winkeyless boards (eg, imsto's thick PBTs on a vintage cherry or custom board like a korean board or a phantom)

Got it!

Thanks for the input guys! I'm new to mech keyboards and always thought those names= designs, instead of the layout and sizes.

Thanks a bunch!

I imagine they'll just be called "Dolch replica sets".

If we must attach a name I'll make sure they are called Zombie sets. ;P

I have a Dolch "Reproduction" set made by SP I bought in 2010. I believe it was Round 3 or 4?

Then another group buy from SP for Dolch moogle kits.

After that I think the next was Sherry for Dolch with GMK in August 2013. And the whole set was less than $100.

No Tsangan kit?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

No Tsangan kit?

That looks to be a Round 3 set, which was well before tsangan kits were a thing.  R3 also included the original round of moogle kits, which to my knowledge was the first adapter kit ever made by geekhackers.
