That's the vinyl sheet you were talking about? Does it affect the sound at all?
Why did you de-lube your switch? Did you apply too much on to the point that the mx blues lost the clickiness? Looks nice. First plate I've seen in color that's not black or red.
The very same! I got this Poker used, "lubed" and keyless from rknize, and didn't type on it before rebuilding. Switches were inconsistent, lacking tactility and the click. Had to disassemble the stem and jumping beans to clean out the oil that was dampening the sound, and the oil from the slider guides that were doing the same. Now they're all even, and sound great. When I would press the stems before, I could notice the slop in the plate and it felt cheap; now it feels solid and all keys make solid clicks without any hollow sound. It reminds me of a more solid feeling version of my complicated Alps boards, without any hollow tones. Very satisfying, definitely looking forward to daily driving this one!
