WTB/WTT: Monterey blue switch kb
« on: Sun, 02 September 2012, 14:30:47 »
I am looking to buy (or trade for) a good condition keyboard with monterey blues (e.g. siig minitouch or chicony kb-5181...but will consider other kbs too).  I can offer my IBM Model F XT (modded to USB and completely compatible with modern computers) as a trade.  I can also do straight cash if you prefer.

Let me know!

Any interest in this?

If you live in AZ you can try my keyboards. I usually keep plenty of different ALPS and MX and buckling springs.

Wicked!

If only you could swap out for the ANSI Enter and Backslash ......
From the US Constitution, Article 1, Section 8 :

The   Congress   shall have Power
To declare War,  grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To provide for calling forth the Militia  to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

I believe I have a Chicony KB-5181, if the offer from Magna224 falls through.

UPDATE -- I do, but the Enter key seems to have a broken or missing stabilizer (haven't popped off the cap -- but the key usually doesn't bounce back after use).

That's a bummer....enter key is kinda important.
