might be more 'fun' to replace the controller... could even do a custom point to point matrix like lowpoly's m0110

teensys are really popular but some people like the aikon controllers too.

Well, I got the WYSE. Nobody even bid, picked it up for $46.50 including shipping. Now we'll see just how good of shape it is in.

I do know from experience, unfortunatel, that no matter how nice the condition, the caps do get brittle. We will see. I am a little skeptical.

Nice catch :)

"No internationally bidders" *sigh*
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

It's only 9.75 units. There exist bigger.

Sweet deal! I'd say it's probably worth what you paid just for the NIB keycaps. Add a moogle kit and make something awesome. :p

Nice WY-60 keyboard. Take it apart, and tell us how old it is (If you like). I was looking up WYSE keyboards recently, and I saw this but didn't bid. I'm glad a GH'er got it, though

I was going to bid but just cleaned up a set of keys and got another dirty WYSE keyboard coming in the mail to clean up. Where is the fun in buying new? Nothing to restore :p
