Wow, wonder were the seller got them from as they are all different years.
I see he has the halloween special Model M. I used to have a '89 Halloween M but I sold it.
I thought they were BIN but that would be to good to be true.

+ US $51.97 postage to Australia :(

For one!
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

The 29 July 1986 one looks good.

Shipping is $34 from North Carolina to Virginia? I could drive there for less.

Check out what he replaced the ALT keys with on #15:

Wow that's the same price to ship to me in Canada!

And you can never have enough of those kind of alt keys! More backslash for all!

After thinking for awhile, kind of want to get the Halloween one. Send it to the family in the states for cheap shipping.

If I bought caps from pckeyboard, would they fit on any of these boards? Was thinking of getting a full blank black set, and then a bunch of blank oranges, a real Halloween board.

The unicomp keys should be 100% compatible. I know mine worked on my 1990 model M, before I gave it away.

I'll contact the seller about buying them all (Or at least negotiating for cheaper shipping). Maybe I'll drive down and pick them up in person.

Edit: Nevermind, I'm not making an account on ebay.ca for this.

People are willing to pay more for Halloween ones oddly enough. My excellent condition Halloween '89 sold for about $80~90, if that's anything to go by.

Why would you need to make a .ca account for them?
Here is a link to them on .com

I don't even know. I just like Halloween and think it would be cool to have a board like that. With black/orange caps

I meant buy a black keyset from pckeyboard and then buy orange caps from them. Also contemplating a paint job on the case itself black/orange.
