I was looking for keycaps manufactured by cherry. The SP ones might work, but I heard they were significantly thinner than the cherry ones.

You should be able to pick up a black Cherry set for less than $60 (which is what those SP sets cost).  I have several sets that I'm planning to put up for sale soon, but they're not organized yet. :-/  GL!

You wouldn't happen to have any black on beige, hashbaz?  Don't mean to ask in this thread... figured it was different than what the OP wanted, so no harm.
