Alright what I think are the final mock ups have been updated in the original post. We may do a version with Cherry font for comparison but that isn't really a priority right now since we are still waiting to see if we will use WYSE, Cherry replica, or Cherry from GMK.
We will add at least one more pack to include the vendor set of keys which at the moment I think will include
keypop.net crossbones legend (possibly in both color combos),
techkeys.us center stemmed stepped caps lock (also in both color combos hopefully), and
ZOMG Keycaps! bio-hazard legend, but I need people to chime in on if they want just 1x size, or 1.25x modifiers as well. It also isn't too late for other vendors to participate in this set either.
Another set I was thinking about including was traditional and windows 8 keys of 1.25x and 1x sizes, and also possibly traditional menu key and/or "Fn" key.
Just a note about the changes I dropped some of the keys from the original base set to save on costs, and to make the Toxic set a little different. I also felt that the "tsangan" kit contained a considerable amount of extra keys so I essentially had it changed into the "winkeyless 1.5x modifier set" with KBT Pure compatibility also through the "~`" key and 1.75x short shift.
One last idea I wanted to throw out pertaining to when the group buy actually starts: I don't want to make money off the group buy, but Batmann has put in a lot of work making the mock ups, and I will eventually put in a lot of work sorting, packing, and shipping. Would people be upset if I built in the cost of two sets, one for Batmann and myself, as kind of a compensation for our time and effort? I just want to be up front and honest to ask and get everyone's opinions.
