Negative, his emails to me have been about 5 words on average. I'm just trying not to annoy him at the moment since it seems like he's finally gotten around to finishing this. About time etc. and I don't want to put more pressure on him.

Me too, my guess is that he'll be sending me a second wave of "samples" once he's finished printing the rest. As always, I'll keep you guys posted. I literally posted these within <3 minutes of getting his email.

Pics just haven't been posted yet. My guess is that some of the 300 left are those ones and he didn't want to show an incomplete set.

Again, there will be extras, but I am not posting them for sale until I get all the keys and confirm that the quantities are all there. There will be about a 24 hour period where I will allow group buy participants to buy leftovers (at the leftover prices) and have them ship with their original order, but after that they'll have to come in a separate package. This is because I really don't feel like packing envelopes all day and then taking a break and opening my PM box to find out that there are 10 envelopes I have to re-pack because they added something. That window will start when I post pics of the keys in hand. (I expect the first day will all be counting and sorting with a bit of packing.) I set up the final order to him so that there was at least 1 extra of everything, including the sets, but for the sets its obviously 1-3 extra sets maximum. Thus, leftovers for the most part will be extremely limited. Even the most popular keys are only 1 of 50, with most of them being less than half that... So yeah, they're rare, and I'm not going to be doing another one of these for a long time, if ever- far too much hassle.

Btw, pricing for leftovers I'm still a bit undecided on, I'm thinking $5 per key is pretty reasonable, yes/no? Sets will be discounted as they usually are, but that's where I'm at atm. For a while I was thinking $6 since I was pretty desperate for money earlier and have a lot tied up in this right now, but I'm doing alright now. However, the few extra Eagle Scout keys will be sold below cost for $1.50 in respect to what Smallfry would have done.

Dunno, somewhere around $25 give or take a couple of bucks. I highly doubt it'll be over $25 though, I just haven't done the maths yet.

I missed out on the Eagle Scout key GB and would be very interested in getting one of these. I'm not sure if I should wait until you make an official "extra keys" announcement or not, sorry if I should.

I'm still working on how many were actually ordered and how many I will have left. There were 15 made but I am awaiting responses from many of the participants. 1 is going to Smallfry's family as a part of the stuff we are planning to give to their family.

Understood. By my math they may all be claimed (I think there were 13 participants). If so, no worries. I just wanted to speak up as I doubt there will be another similar key made anytime soon or ever.

that was giving the set a lot of character.
