SP Grab Bags
« on: Sat, 17 November 2012, 03:55:53 »
Check out SP's market place!

http://keycapsdirect.com/marketplace.php

For a limited time only you'll get a grab bag for every purchase of a full base white or black set!

Kind of nice if you were planning to get one.

Thought I would post it here :P

The set costs a lot. Not sure if the bag counteracts that. But if anyone gets it. Theu should post up what they got.

Doesn't sound too bad. Kind of trying to suck me in to buy the opposite modifier and base set to what I have already :P But wondering what would be in the bag hmm.
KBC Poker - Red switches. Noppoo Choc Mini - Black switches. Leopold FC700R (White) - Blue switches. Ducky YOTD - Brown switches. Razer BW - Blue switches and rusted.

Haha yeah. I guess I was hoping someone else would reply something like:

"Oh YEAH I saw this last week and it arrived yesterday! These were the keys I got."

Aww man! This looks awesome! I'd love it if I could just buy a grab bag instead of a full set to go with it...

Pretty cool! Not sure what was in the grab bags last time round, but there might be some interesting little pieces and rejects like the ones seen in the photos of the SP visit.

My signature hasn't changed since 2012. I should really update it.

I think the ones from the SP visit were more handpicked, and thus filled with more novelty style keys than these will be.

Won't know for sure until someone posts some pictures though ;)

Hmm, anyone got pictures of what the Standard Double shots look like from them on a Cream Filco?  I'm on a buying spree, and love freebies...

Quick response, looks pretty good.  Got any more pics?

I've already got a Blank white set and a WYSE set I'm using now, so I'm covered on light colored keys which makes me lean towards the Black w/ white, but that just seems so boring to me.

Yeah don't buy the full set just for the crap bag.  I got an RA red mod set lying around doing nothing and I wanted to get the black on white wyse set to use with it.
I got some 'fat' keycaps a la qwerkey's K-series.  These are noticeably thicker than SP's standard DS.  I guess I could use some of these.
