What's this Filco Worth?
« on: Mon, 19 November 2012, 13:18:19 »
Wasn't sure whether to post here or in the general keyboards section, but here goes:

I bought this Filco Majestouch Linear R Limited Edition from Army Group a year or so ago.  It's brand new in the box, never used (just opened it to take the photo).

FKBN104MR/EB2
Black
US ASCII 104
Red Switches

I'm thinking of selling it so I wanted to get GH's opinion on its value.  What you guys think this is worth?  It's an older Majestouch model, not a Majestouch-2.

Thanks!8189-08191-18193-28195-38197-4

There's a sticky that you'll probably want to post in:  http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=31779.0

I'm not sure if the Filco Reds are still readily available on Amazon (they may not be), but retail price for these were roughly $150 and I don't see any big reason it should be worth any more considering the supply should be generally available now.  Also, the 104-layouts are less popular than the TKL ones.

Edit:  While it isn't a Linear-R, it's still virtually the same keyboard.  11 in stock on Amazon @$159 shipped:  http://www.amazon.com/Filco-Majestouch-2-Keyboard-FKBN104MRL-EFB2/dp/B007VAFWPA/ref=?ie=UTF8&m=A104717BI2VJF7
