I don't think it's a matter of just sending the plates/PCB to someone else to build. There are plenty of people that can build. But the problem is that Profosist already collected the assembly money, and also has all the parts tied up. If anyone else wants to assemble these phantoms, don't count on Profosist paying you back at the end. You're basically doing it free.
what's next anyway.. Phantom v2?
This is already v2, next would be v3. Should be end of this year or early next year.
Considering how this ended up with TheProfosist story, I wonder who would want to host one again. lol
There is a difference. This is round 2 of the same PCB. v2 would imply that there are revisions to the PCB, which is not true. The only difference between the round1 and round2 PCBs are some of the fonts are now bold, and the 4 extra holes for each switch is now gone. Other than that, everything else is identical.
