Cherry MX questions

Alright guys here are my questions? 

1.  Does anyone know the mount style for the Blues that are installed in the new Orbweaver by Razer? 
2.  Aside from the stem and the spring are there any major differences between the different "colors" of MX switches? IE if i swap the guts between a blue into a brown will it be the same as a blue?
3.  Is it possible to disassemble either Blues or Browns without removing the switch itself from the board?
4.  Is there a way to mod the feel of the Browns in the Das Keyboard Model S Ultimate to get a little more of the tactile feel without making them louder?
5.  Does anyone know if you can buy just the internals to do any of this or if I have to buy the full switch and dismantle the new ones to make the new switches?

The reason I am asking these question is because I currently have said Das Keyboard (first mechanical) and a Razer Nostromo with either membrane or rubber dome switches.  With that I am currently seriously considering purchasing the Orbweaver.  However I am concerned that my wife will have serious reservations about the noise of the Blues.  As she at best tolerates the noise of the Browns in my current keyboard.  So as a result I was hoping that I could just swap out the stem and or the spring and keep the feel but quiet down the switch.  Plus if that works and depending on how they feel I might modify the keys in my full size keyboard.

If I do decide to just swap the switches out of the Orbweaver into my Das Keyboard I was just going to swap stuff like the Esc, enter, num pad and such.  Now the question there is the keys on the Orbweaver have LED's in them and the others don't.  Can I just clip off the leads for the LED and install into the keyboard?  Obviously assuming both are solder in type as I know that is what the keys in the Das Keyboard are.  Also I don't care if I lose the LED on the Orbweaver as everything else on my computer is blue and that keypad is green back light only, and according to Cherry's own website they don't offer key switches with blue LEDs and I am not that good with a solder gun.

Any help in these matters would be greatly appreaciated

most certainly plate mounted

yes you can swap them . all the switch cases are the same
3.  Is it possible to disassemble either Blues or Browns without removing the switch itself from the board?
if they are plate mounted you would have desolder the switches and resolder them.
4.  Is there a way to mod the feel of the Browns in the Das Keyboard Model S Ultimate to get a little more of the tactile feel without making them louder?

Brown spring with a clear stem. So it's as light as brown, but has more tactile bump.

The blues will be noisier than the browns.  THe noise the browns make is probably bottoming out (when the key hits the bottom of the stroke), followed by a slightly quieter clack as it returns to TDC.

Blues will duplicate this, with the added higher-pitched tactile click.

You can always use O-rings on browns (or blues) to soften the impact when you bottom out, but it will not stop the blue's high pitched click.

If you're not sure about O-rings, get a WASD sampler kit, which contains a few of each O-ring, plus one of each of the major MX switches (and one of each colour keycap too).
