The blues will be noisier than the browns. THe noise the browns make is probably bottoming out (when the key hits the bottom of the stroke), followed by a slightly quieter clack as it returns to TDC.
Blues will duplicate this, with the added higher-pitched tactile click.
You can always use O-rings on browns (or blues) to soften the impact when you bottom out, but it will not stop the blue's high pitched click.
If you're not sure about O-rings, get a WASD sampler kit, which contains a few of each O-ring, plus one of each of the major MX switches (and one of each colour keycap too).
