I personally hate black switches, but modded black switches with lighter springs are awesome. There's a reason I had so many 55g blacks.

Just pulled my old Steel Series 7g out of the closet to type on for fun and god its difficult after coming from blues. I wish I knew how to mod the switches to make them lighter so maybe I could actually use this keyboard.

I don't think the springs need to be gold plated, they don't make any sort of contact.. Right?
