RA2,CCnG,WASD Set, etc. They are all the same profile right? This space bar is the same as those.

RA2 & CCnG are from SP and there is no way that aluminum spacebar is SP profile.
From shortest to tallest - Cherry -> SP -> OEM

PS - Aluminum spacebars typically come in cherry and oem profiles.

I have a space bar from WASD, it's a bit taller than the SP so I guess it's OEM, which makes this alum space bar also OEM.

Little bit of tape on the insert will fix the loose issue. I use painters tape since its not so sticky.

embarrassing story: I super glued some inserts into my CCnG caps, I then tried to take it off, and ended up completely ruining the cap. the good thing is it's the cap on num pad, which I dont use anyway.

Also, some needle nose pliers fix that issue with the spacebar easily, being that the stems are open as they are.

Yeah the inserts are actually really tight for me, I really have to push them in. But I use glue stick instead of tape when  I cant get a insert in because glue sticks are just sticky enough to keep it in but not so sticky that it will be hard to take out.
