WTB Poker w/ Browns or reds
« on: Sun, 21 April 2013, 08:37:10 »
I'm in need of another Poker, with browns or reds.

Plate or no plate, caps or no caps, case or no case.  Please contact via PM.  Thanks!

Edit:  I'm now looking for one with a plate (can be installed or not yet installed).

If you have one, please PM me soon as I need to get into the GH60 group buy if there's no options for a Poker.

Thanks, but Poker 2's layout is too different.  GH60 is okay but doesn't replicate all of Poker's features (like LED's lighting up in certain modes, etc.).

The Poker 2 is exactly the same, but the arrows over the right mods and shift. Fully programmable.

What are exact buttons you press to get them all to light up. I lost the manual it came in an just added some LEDs (wasd and number row) thanks!

The right mods and shift leds light up with FN+Space.

The esc led lights with FN+Q

The caps lock is obvious, I do not know about your custom installed wasd, I think there is no toogle keys for WASD, only interactive FN+wasd.

Interactive fn? Which one is that? I seen people done it to pokers and I assume if you wanted you can make the whole board led since there is a pre-made holes on the board for them? Sorry, I'm pretty noob at keyboards

If you wanted to make your Poker have full LED backlighting, you would have to add LEDs to every switch AND run wires to each LED, since there are no traces going to the LED holes in the switches (except for those 7 LEDs that come stock with the Poker).

If you didn't run hookup wires to the LEDs you installed, you'll never get them to light at all.

P.S. That's why people like me and WFD charge for the WASD LED mods to Pokers.

right now. no waiting. however if you want LEDs you are SOL on the Poker. But the Poker 2... it has full LED support.

Thanks for the info! I'll desolder the board AGAIN :( if I don't get this done by the time I get the acrylic case then I'll just pm you to get it done by a pro like you

What I tried to say is that the wasd cursor keys work only when you press the FN+any of those keys, and I called interactive because you  cannot make them stay as cursor keys with a toogle key like the right mods and shift cursor keys than can be toogled by FN+Space bar. I am sorry I got you confused. :D

I ended up not going with the GH60, so I'm still looking for a Poker or two.  Thanks for the help!

I updated the OP.  I was able to find one pretty bare-bones.  I think it will work out.

I'm still in search of a Poker w/ browns and plate.  Please PM me if you have one.  Thanks!
