Just so everyone is now clear, I've sorted the shipping ordeal today.
Collect+ never got back to me. So I've been to the store where I posted the package to speak to the manager and see what we could do.
Now, I'd always had a small inkling that the problem was with the store. The manager was on the phone to Collect+ for about 20 minutes before coming back to say that it must be a store problem. So, on this inkling, we had a look at the CCTV from the day I took the package in, and it had managed to fall behind a different area of the counter without them noticing.
So there we go! It's now safely on its way to you, and the best case scenario has been achieved- you're going to have 2 Pokers!
Apologies for the time taken to sort this out, I'm sure you've been worried.
