I mean, it's cool that people who couldn't get into the PBE before now have a chance. But god****ingdammit, I've been in the PBE for almost 5yrs. They are shutting down the skin shops so they are disabling all skin codes later this month.

On mobile so I can't provide too much info (at disneyland as well)

The skin codes are already disabled.  You have to actually take a picture of the physical card with your summoner name or something next to it in order to redeem it now.

My internet used to be pretty inconsistant...i even considered bought a wifi card because I was considering using my phone as a hotspot to do ranked at the end of s3.  My phone even got higher speeds than my internet for a while because we never got it fixed.
