They do check your IP, I know someone who was able to order multiples by using VMWare.

Got my first mousepad!!! It came out darker than I expected it might come out that way. Oh well, it looks better darker than it being too light. The actual looks of the mousepad is darker than it is in the picture. The darker shades of colors like the reds and what not didn't come as red as that. Can't complain for $0.99 though
