Found it while searching ebay. The seller has it listed as an
Assyst POS Programmable Keypad that normally go for around $200 on eBay. If you're looking to harvest the switches, it's not worth it unless they accept an offer for $30 since they're likely Blacks. Be interesting for a switch try or something like that though.
