Oh I was trying for those expensive ones too. Even tho I knew I really shouldn't. It's kinda crazy actually. I think to myself "Wtf am I doing right now?"

It's New Years Eve and I'm refreshing my phone as fast as possible for a $150 keycap, sight unseen. I missed the NYE countdown on TV, didn't kiss my girlfriend at midnight, missed a toast and hid in the kitchen so I could refresh. refresh. refresh. refresh.

I'm a special kind of idiot  :-X

Congrats on the win YM!

Why is everyone refreshing so much? Clack usually posts twice. One with a price. One as a teaser. Open spy, keep an eye on it. When he posts the first time, then you refresh. I think the other day I tapped F5 like four times?

Or you can take your chances with email notifications. Either way, you don't need to literally sit on the thread and F5 all the time. At least that's how I'm picturing some of you.

I have a thingy that makes a sound when it sees Clack's post in the spy section. If someone wants it, I'll give the code

I need this and a program I can use to secretly install it on other people's machines but it needs to make a noise when I post.  :)) :-*

Just verifying it again, something that makes a sound when clack posts isn't against the rules, correct? I would love to ask CF directly, but his rules states not to PM him

It's been mentioned a few times here seems quite a few people use it, don't think there are any rules against it, I tried it but you need to be in front of your machine anyway much like watching spy so it doesn't help that much. It also goes off for any change on the page which means it goes off a lot :) I imagine bots that auto post for you would definitely be frowned upon though....

I was going to suggest 13:37 - then I realised I am not a smart man.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Haha, yeah.  13:37 is military time for 1:37PM.

I should.  Two days in a row of 4 hours of sleep would not be good.

My reaction to staying up too late again and no sale this time.  At least no meme distracted me and made me miss out.
