Noppoo Choc Mini Problem, again?

Hey there guys, I've been having a rather strange problem with my keyboard as of late, the problem is as follows:

For the past lets say, 4-6 days, my keyboard (a Noppoo Choc Mini MX RED, bought in January of '13) has started to:

• Type certain keys twice, this would include the space bar, e, w, t, a, d, and c keys more than anything else. (I seem to of made this go down inherently by doing a full, thorough clean out of all my keys, the keyboard itself is not SPOTLESS).

What I've tried?

• As mentioned above, I've tried cleaning out the entirety of the whole keyboard, which did seem to make somewhat of a difference.
• Plug the keyboard into different USB ports, varying from both USB 2.0 - USB 3.0
• Removing other USB components that I thought would make a difference, e.g. I had USB components plugged in like a Xbox 360 wired controller, second mouse, second keyboard, etc. I removed all of that.

The only things that are currently plugged in are the following:

• Noppoo Choc Mini
• Zowie EC2 Evo
• iPhone usb cable
• Microsoft Lifecam HD-5000

Does anyone know what it may be, what may be causing problems such as this? as it's becoming rather annoying and I'm currently on the verge of buying an entirely new keyboard.

I tried this and it doesn't seem to affect it.

Is this an actual fact or is it fiction, because isn't that the volume control? and if it does indeed fix it, should I be using FN+f10 or F11? F10 right? I'd need a lower debouncing rate? is that correct?

Volume control is at fn+Q/W or something like that. How many times did you press fn+F10/F11 (I can't recall which direction is which). I had to use it like ten times, not just twice.

I think what I did the first time around was press FN+F11 3 times, I pressed FN+10 10+ times before hoping to get it down to it's most minimal state and since then I've had very little problems regarding keys re-occuring on only 1 key press, hopefully this issue resolves the problem that I am having.

I didn't even think that this would be a solution, I hope it doesn't reoccur though, this problem is indeed quite annoying.

someone I sold my Choc Mini too had the same issue, but I was never able to replicate it even without toying with the repeat rate Fn+F10/F11.

Yeah, it's strange, only starting to happen recently, and I don't know what's going on, it'll happen and I'll play with the FN+F10 and then it'll go away for a while and then it'll come back and so on etc, it's a vicious circle.

I'm seriously tempted to sell it off.

One thing that I haven't played with is testing if the modified debounce is retained when the keyboard is unplugged. I know that the switch lock gets reset every time you unplug the thing; is it possible the same is happening with the debounce settings?

ie. does it reset when you plug/unplug the keyboard, or if whatever its plugged into is fully powered off?

If that is so, would it be worth unplugging the keyboard, completely powering down the machine, powering it back on and then re-inserting the keyboard, maybe that'll do the trick, if what you're suggesting is true.

I tried this and then I did the FN+F10 trick and the problem did seem to go down somewhat, but  no matter what  I do, the problem is constantly reoccuring. It has happened twice in this post already, it's just tedious at this point.

I haven't no, I've tried everything that has been suggested here thus far (different usb ports, resetting the pc while removing the keyboard), trying different settings with fn+f10 etc.

But yeah, my next step/option is to try the noppoo plugged into a different computer and see if that helps, could it be a software confliction?

Another thing to consider is your typing style. I got a lot of double spaces at one point, but the issue disappeared after I tried to type rather softly.
