trying to find a set like this with blue legends, don't know what font to search for, all sem to have a "cherry replica" font, which i do not particularly like...this one i love though thanks for the help.

IMO, the thick PBT keycaps that you want will look better on a beige Filco than a Black one.  Here is a similar set of green-on-beige thick PBT dyesubs (these were from IMSTO.)

However, they look pretty good on black as well.  Best solution is to get the black one now, and the beige one later when it becomes available. Get different switches though.  Get one in blue and one in brown?  Or red.  Black is meh.

Definitely not. Those legends aren't anywhere near Cherry. That was the font he used to use before the Cherry replica font. I'm sure if you ask him you want to place an order of NON-CHERRY FONT caps, then those will be the legends you receive, if he will do that for you.

It's impossible to tell definitively from that blurry photo (even the zoomed-huge click-through version is blurry), but that looks like it's mostly Segoe, Microsoft's variant of the venerable Frutiger. The numbers are definitely not Frutiger, since the numeral 1 doesn't have serifs in Frutiger.

If you need to know exactly, see if you can find some really, really high quality pics of all the keys.

If you just like the overall look to design your own keys (e.g. via WASD), look at the following fonts:
- Segoe UI (pre-Windows 8 versions; the Win 8 version is yucky)
- Frutiger
- Myriad

Yeah the pic in the OP is probably some older non-Cherry-replica imsto set.  His Cherry replica sets are quite good.

not exactly those in the picture, but that set, yeah....i know, those are cherry replicas and even though i don't particularly like the font, i'm gonna give it a chance, maybe it'll grow on me.

i wanna try out PBT caps and i think it's a good deal for 46 euro
