Transplanting a Keyboard
« on: Wed, 11 September 2013, 17:12:46 »
Alright, so an SGI Granite has the exact same casing as an ALPS MCL-101 apart from the cord infrastructure on the bottom; they were both manufactured by ALPS.

I was wondering, could I just take out the SGI Granite from its case and put it in the MCL-101 casing, no strings attached?  If anyone owns an SGI Granite, do I just take the 3 screws out under the top strip and it'll come right apart?  Don't want to ruin my case.
