« on: Thu, 19 September 2013, 13:05:28 »
Hi Geekhackers,

It's like a stiffer blue. If you like harder switches and blues, go for it.

I just sold mine. It's a nice switch, but kind of loud and stiff for me. And I already have a Model M which is loud as well.
All those keyboards will be lost in time....

I love the blues (sounds and feedback).
When the greens are harder then these are good for me (but not for my colleague)
I think I'll try the swithes.

My daily driver at home has Greens on it. It's exactly how lcs explained it. I love them.

Do you sold the switches only? Or with a complete board? I've saw only a few boards with greens.

I love my greens. Blues feel too light for me. Some people make it sound as if typing on Greens for a month will turn your hands to jelly -- it won't.

This! I normally type on a model m keyboard and the green is the closest modern representation of the model m keyboards. I don't know why a lot of people make it sound like it is like so hard and stiff! OMG I get so riled up. Try typing on a vintage typewriter and tell me if the green switch is that stiff! In fact the green switch is heaven when compared to an original vintage Smith corona typewriter. Ughhhhh I don't know, I must be old and maybe it is the younger kiddy teeny boppers that have never typed on a typewriter before complain about the green switch or they have sever carpal tunnel with arthritis! This isn't hard at all people!
