Seems like some sort of troll bidding?  2 people with 1 feedback each  made all of the crazy bids.  People do all sorts of things for attention.

What can you say? Razer fanboys and their competitive side.

If you're in the habit of doing 400 clicks per minute while gaming, things can get crazy before you know it.

For these guys who bid $3050 for a Razer keyboard, 3050 is really nothing much compared to how much gold you can pile up when farming in Diablo or WoW.
Most of the modding can be done on your own once you break through the psychological barriers.

That much on a used Razer though?  I still think it's just trolling.   Unless this happens to be some uber rare variant.

Its totally fake.

No one in their right mind would bid from $110 to $800

3050 is the TCP port InterBase and Firebird use to connect.

But apart from that, if I had a disposable $3050 I would buy lots of Clacks.

Actually I would buy a new computer and then a few Clacks.

Silly people and their silly BWs pffffffft.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

think about it from the gamer's perspective. He's taking a break from killing some uber boss and notices his most behated enemy bidding on a Razer.
There's no way he can let his enemy, who taunted him 10001 times on Starcraft, win.
Price is 80 currently. Ha, for 80 gold you can't even get a protoss Zealot (or whatever costs more than 80; I don't know actually). Cheap, cheap.
Fingers fly.
Clicks per second turn into WPM.
Both sides bid fanatically against each other until sanity returns and they say, wait a moment, $3050USD, not 3050 Diablo currency.
But hey, sellers can never force you to buy. Just give him the middle finger. Ebay sellers can no longer put negative feedback, so too bad.
The two kids go back to gaming against each other.
