Got my braces off over a decade ago and I still have mine.

Yeah that's not gonna work for me lol. I'm just gonna ask them to bond the top like they did the bottom.

I have considered having that done. I still wear mine once a week or so to this day. A few friends that got theirs off at the same time as me, and quit wearing them after a year, now no longer have teeth as straight as they used to.

I was up at the local resort by me skiing for the weekend and ended up kneeing myself in the chin in the terrain park, chipped three teeth and bruised up my jaw. I didn't have my retainer on me that weekend and it ended up shifting my bottom teeth up a bit, my retainer never fit after that so I just gave up but at least my top teeth are looking good still. It sucks having all that money spent on your teeth for it to just go back to the way it was, make sure to keep up on that.

My coworker is literally one of the dumbest people I've ever met. If she isn't spoon information/answers, she probably won't figure it out on her own. She just called me to ask what was going on with a scheduled event for this weekend when literally EVERYTHING is laid out PLAIN AND SIMPLE on OUR website. I told her she was worse than the parents that call and ask the same questions because she freaking works here.

eBay sellers who allow "best offer", but have it set to automatically deny pretty much everything.

I'm one of those people, but if you have ever sold via ebay you will understand why its annoying as heck when someone keeps low balling you with stupid offers so I just get it to decline anything stupidly low :X

I've only done best offer once or twice, but you have to set it up for automatically denying in my experience. People seem to think that if your item is worth $300 and you have it listed around there, that offering $200 is going to get it sold. Be realistic with your offer and it won't get auto declined.

Most of the time I see it, it's someone who saw something in pristine condition and all the accessories go for that much or a similar but way more desirable product (think SSK vs Lexmark or Unicomp M) go for that price.  Their's, on the other hand, looks like ****, is a different model, or is missing stuff.  Then when you point that our, they say the best they can do is $5 under list price

The absolute worst are those who have a make an offer and reject anything less than the BIN price or anything more than $1 under BIN price.


So many eBay sellers are **** though.  I had one who had shipping listed as $20.but to wait for a separate shipping invoice (pretty sure that violates TOS).  After a week, no invoice, so I paid.  They come back pissed that I paid and demanding an additional $20 in shipping.  I told them to **** off and ship it or give me refund.

Mine just freezes. I uploaded a load at about one oclock this afternoon and it was fine. Try to upload two in the last hour and a half and one has uploaded after multiple failed attempts.

The only time I set automatic declines is when it's below half the BIN price. I've seen only a handful of automatic declines on my auctions.
For sellers, it can be a bit insulting to sell something at $300, and that has been sold consistently at that range, and then get an offer of $75.

I hate that "make an offer" crap because I hate price negotiation in general. Set a fair price and hold to it.

Ebay makes it very difficult to turn off the "make an offer" box but if you click it a dozen or more times it eventually goes away.
Sometimes you can move on through the process a little farther, then go back to that box and you can un-tick it.
