I've made some assumptions based off your clues and a lot of maths. Can you look below and confirm or deny?

There are 6 colors in the code (going off your "4 rows have 1 color, 1 has 2, 1 has none. 2 columns have 2 colors, 2 have 1" comment). 7 colors total but one is unknown so we'll ignore that.
One of them has 6 characters in it's original color code and 5 of them have 2 characters in the original color codes (ie. XXXXXX; XX; XX; XX; XX; XX). This took a bit of maths, I'll explain how I got there if I'm right. If I'm wrong then I'm officially tapped out for ideas.

You've done some good work there. You are indeed on the correct path. There are 2 colors with a color code longer than 2 characters.
Confirmation of buellers work will serve as the most recent clue.

Given past info, I think we can also assume that the layout for the rows & columns is the following:

I'm also making a semantic assumption based on the confirmation of longer than 2 , but not confirmation of 6 that one of the two longer ones confirmed is magenta since it's the only one with seven alphanumeric characters. That could also be in line with the one word clue of seven.

The number seven refers to the number of different colors that spacebars will be made for this order.

That would be a huge bummer if the former

Yeah big order for more than 50 item is what I meant. Even if they don't pay it I am pretty sure we are still in MOQ range, or close enough it shouldn't be impossible to recover if not all picked up.

jufa, check back on the 6th. I will have posted what will be available for pick up then and will allow new orders to be placed for what is available. For those that order multiple spacebars, I will do my best to give you more colors but there is no promise... it all depends on the ratio those colors are made and delivered to me in. The earliest and first paid orders will get the most diversity as I tend to pack those orders first. Once colors run out later orders will get less colors probably.

If I understand Ivan correctly they shouldn't affect our MOQ being met, probably just need to reduce number invoiced by GMK.

Yes that's right. No worries about effect MOQ... spacebar is over 600 anyway. It won't be any big deal if the rest of the 20 spacebar isn't picked up... well at least I hope it change nothing, but it possible one less color. They might not want to change out color for smaller amount.

I try to give as many different color as I can in each spacebar order.
