WANTED:
DDR2 PC2-4200 (533) or PC2-5300 (667) or PC2 6400 (800) 2x2GB 240pin desktop memory - matched pair. I don't really give a **** about brand or timings as long as it is good working. I'm having a terrible time finding anything reasonably priced that isn't ECC on ebay.

[/quote]

Sigh. I gave these away to an SOB last year when I did a giveaway for my old computers and printers. The words 'thank you' didn't even emerge from his mouth!

Frankly, am tired of giving away things to people I don't know. Put up an ad, people come, they take, and they don't even say thank you!

I would have given these to you for the price of shipping, Ivan, if I still had em.  :(

Hehe. Yeah I feel you, too often there are people that are ungrateful for a gift. But it doesn't make me too mad since I gave.
I got one of these iocell 400 brand new for only $11... I was thinking to upgrade the CPU to a E6420 and max out the ram... or at least just max out the ram. I suppose it depends if I decide to go with a full fat OS install or something light like nas4free...

Disregard the PM I just sent, apparently I can't read.

I will take the 101 pcb mounted black switches if they are still available. Also, assuming shipping to canada is not crazy. Thx...

Do you still have shift purple keys available? I just found that one of the two I have has the arrow centered instead of at the top of the key. It works, but it looks a little weird, so I want to get a replacement just for symmetry. Thank you in advance.

No worries  :) . It is just interesting to see how one arrow jumped. I will use the WoB key you sent with WoB mods when it arrives. My purple mods will be kept in storage after that.

When the purple keys were made there was production error, the whole amount of 2.25 shift had the more centered arrow and had to be redone so it matched the others which had alignment closer to top edge. I gave the production error keys in each order as well, so I am sure you could find one from someone else that has no use for it.

Thank you for the explanation. I will post a thread asking if someone has a spare one of either type to get a pair with the arrow in the same position.

NEEDED - SMD assembly service. I have an unfinished leeku 1800 pcb that needs finished SMD diode and resistor. I tried to do it, and got 7 diode on and 1 resistor... kind of and nearly lost my mind. I simply don't have the patience and ability to hold such tiny things still in order to get them attached with a standard iron. There is zero chance I can finish it myself and I am not interested in any way to buy other soldering gear as I have no intention of ever considering doing SMD anything ever again.
All the switches are already on, as are the red LED. The rest of switch will get white LED which I will do later.
I will send the PCB and all SMD parts needed. I will pay shipping both ways and your fee for this service.

Shipping the plate international is probably more than it's worth honestly... I will dig out my scale so I can find out for sure tomorrow the correct cost.
Added a bunch of PC parts.

I would LOVE to get rid of as much of this stuff as possible quickly... while avoiding ebay. Let's make a deal!!!
For the next 48hrs, if you buy something you get something else PC parts of lesser value for FREE.

BlueBär - international shipping on the stainless plate would be $13, the black plate is twice as heavy and would cost $17.

edit: clarification that deal applies to PC parts.

Bump. I realize most of this PC parts is 'old junk' but it's all still good. I would much rather make good deals here than have to deal with ebay crazies. Make me any semi reasonable offer and I will probably take it.

I actually have an enclosure that could take IDE drives ... what would the shipping on those three, be?

Also, how bad is the SMD work? I've been putting SOD-323 diodes onto my ergodox PCBs; they're about the size of a fat flea. Frustrating, etc but I'm nearly done, too. Maybe a picture with bannana (a really small one) for scale?

Someone with smd hot air station is all set to help me out on that so I am covered. Looks like shipping on the 3x hdd would be $13.

You definitely have some interesting stuff for sale, Ivan!  I'm seriously tempted by the 1u NAS, maybe to put in a rack with some audio gear...

Do you ever come across small component cases, like the enclosure for a Mac Mini?  I've been bitten by the DIY audio bug, and was curious what people might have on hand that would hold a small PCB and a handful of tubes.

I have an old Atari 5.25 external floppy dealy... I don't really need that either. I had modded it to an external DVD drive at one point but the drive died and I never replaced it. Not my pic... but same thing, in not quite as good shape but fair.

joneslee85... if you were USA I would for sure... but international shipping that would only just about cover it.

Okay, I'll take that Atari case off your hands!

Much as I like the look of that 1u rack case, the reality is that I have three Lian-Li cases currently sitting unused, time for my own virtual garage sale.

Hate to bump an older thread, but since you've specifically requested that people post rather than PM and because it will bother me to no end if I don't ask;

Is that stainless plate still available?
