Hi all,
i want to buy a new keyboard, the requirements are these:
tenkeyless
detachable cable
mx red (possibly, but i can also go for blue or green)
plated mount

Of course it must be a solid choice and readily available, i don't want to shop on taobao or wait some group buy, i would like to have it in a short time.
I was about to buy another Filco but it lacks the detachable cable, until now my only option seems to be a wasdkeyboard v2.
Is there another contender?

thanks
stefano

QFR, or Ducky perhaps.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Leopold is also an option and is cheaper than WASD or Filco. I like the design of my Leopold better than my QFR in pretty every way but I have to admit the non-standard spacebar is a big PITA.

Leopold 700R?

Wait, that might not be a good option if you don't want to wait for shipping since the easiest way to get one is from HendyZone and he's in Indonesia.

yes it looks good, i didn't remember keycool had removable cable, i will check it out.

maybe CODE keyboard ?

I tought about that but it's completely out of stock, also i could save some money ordering a barebone V2.

Leopold is also an option and is cheaper than WASD or Filco. I like the design of my Leopold better than my QFR in pretty every way but I have to admit the non-standard spacebar is a big PITA.

At first I discarded Leopold for this very reason (non-standard spacebar).
I tought Ducky had a tenkeyless model without backlighting?

Thank you all.

I think that Ducky has the Zero, but I'm not sure if it comes in TKL version. Keycool and QFR should also be quite good, and a Filco if you're looking to spend more.

Just get a shine 3 and turn off the backlights.

As long as the presence of LEDs that aren't even turned on don't offend you, you'll save alot of time waiting.

I can second the recommendation of the Keycool 87  I have an 87II backlit, Extremley good keyboard

The FlashGet G600 has full NKRO on USB and is quite literally plate mounted a bit like a Corsair K65
