I didn't really care much about what keyboard I was typing on (basically using a laptop for the most part, didn't think much about it, Strangely enough I am in a profession that requires much typing of long documents (I am a lawyer).Except when my fingers started aching after hours of typing), I really didn't give the keyboard a second thought;

but now I'm an addict for mechanical keyboards and cannot read about them enough.

How did this happen?  :))

I live in India and the only affordable mechanical keyboard is the TVS-e Gold Bharat with Cherry MX Blues, which is what I have now.

My brother who lives in Germany first introduced me to mechs (he has a Das Keyboard Professional model with MX Browns, I think). Since then I haven't looked back.

I have cajoled my brother into ordering me a used IBM Model M (1391403 - German Layout) since the shipping from US is very expensive and there are not many ebay US sellers who ship to India either. I may get it when he visits here sometime this summer.
