It's those 104 key "unsaver" terminal layout rubberdome KBs. They are reportedly very good for domes.

But it's in no way worth $70.  I picked one up for $10 last year when there was a seller who had a bunch and was asking $50.  Note the nonstandard keys.

The thing is built like an F.  Very solid.  Has a boatload of dip switches inside and I went through all the settings, couldn't get it to talk to a PC.  Of course would work with a converter.

May have other plans for the case...
