The original KBT Pure can set the right hand modifiers into inverted T arrow cluster. It's also PCB mount, so you can open the switches to mod them with only desoldering the LEDs (or get the unbacklit version and you don't need to desolder anything at all). Pure Pro has dedicated arrow keys but it's hard to find keycap sets that fit, but at least it's 60% size.
If you can get a board with Clears, you can then buy the springs from some place like Originative. Cheapest option.
The FC660M, Keycool 84 and Pure Pro are all good, but I really love my "true 60%" Pure for a lot of reasons. There are lots of case options for it, too.
