Invoicing is began. It will probably take me some time to get through all the orders so don't worry if you haven't received invoice on today.

If you want insurance and/or express shipping just contact me before pay the invoice.

For customs amount, it is mark low unless you want insurance. No way around it with insurance as full value must be marked for insurance to be effective.

You might get a consignment number, but with "USPS first class international" there is no real tracking.

Usually you get an email from paypal saying that you've received an invoice. Very occasionally the email doesn't come through but the invoice is still there in your account.

I've always thought that it was just traditional to confirm payment (and receipt when you finally receive the caps).

It let's everybody see progress - which admittedly isn't a problem with Ivan's buys but some buy's move at a glacial pace and it's nice to see something is actually going on.

1 month to collect all money
1-2 months for production and shipping back to Ivan
<1 month for it to arrive at your door

Now that is a pessimistic estimation. Anywhere between 2-5 months is my guess.

Ivan said before that GMK takes about 4 weeks to produce. Not bad but I think 5months is way off. Should be 1-2. Me thinks including the packing and shipping. But then again, Ivan is a one man army.
