Okay guys, took some pics of some acrylic layers put together. I don't have a 60% PCB, so I increased the standoff heights by about 2mm to re-create what it would look like if you had a PCB screwed in. I also used the 4mm acrylic plate (which the case was mostly designed for -- to fill the gap between PCB + 1.6mm metal plate on Pokers). If you used a 4mm acrylic plate + the two 8mm acrylic case layers, the plate would protrude out (intentional design), but you wouldn't see a gap in between the plate & PCB.
I took some 22mm screws that sprit included for special layered case / extra tall feet to screw in the 3 layers together. Here are the results:
Didn't remove the protective film, as this was just a photo demonstration. You can see that the screws are different, and aren't concave like the ones you guys received.
Bumpons were also not installed due to photo demo
Plate is roughly 3mm lower than the top layer, hence the reason why sprit suggested 5mm extra layer to make it almost flush with regular plates. (Regular acrylic case layers are 8mm each)
The little wing cover would actually get in the way of the top left key if you have the trapezoid facing inwards. If you flip it around, there should be no problems.
Is this something you guys would rather have, or the 5mm acrylic top piece? The 3 8mm pieces put together is already 24mm + angled tilt from feet.
