New version of original KBT Pure coming out with engraved keys instead of pad printed? Anybody know any info about this or when it's expected to be produced?

Awesome. Not that interested in the keys but I'm super glad that they haven't killed the Pure. Was starting to get worried that the god awful Pure Pro was going to be the replacement.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Translated...

" Pure engraved version can be said that I am really looking forward to the keyboard, and now finally got the new firmware, but a little different and I had planned, I try to be discussed later. Both are old XDDD on the map above that support the new firmware, following that support is to get under the metal cover (do not forget, this cover is made of metal, one is cast, and the other is CNC )."

Sweet, new firmware and some new cases coming! If it's programmable I'll be so damn happy.

Glad to see Pure will be back soon.
Engraved keys, isnt it hard to see it in low light condition?

Nice! I wonder if they've added a plate or not. A programmable version of the Pure would be awesome. I love my Pure Limited. Even though the case is cast and is a little rough, it's solid and feels fanstastic to type on.
Buying more keycaps,
it really hacks my wallet,
but I must have them.

Come on, the Pure Pro is not that awful  ;D It's certainly not a good replacement for the Pure, but it's a fairly good keyboard on its own if you're willing to trade one thing or two for more keys.

Glad they're bringing back the Pure too, but I'm not too fond of the busy legends — top printed, side printed plus those ugly markings on the enter keys...

Yeah I'm really hoping this will be plate mounted, I'm not a huge fan of PCB mounted switches.

If I could get a plate-mounted Pure with Greens, I would be so happy...

KBP V60 "compatibility" with PokerII cases = :(   (Anyone thinking about replacing the dip switch package with a 4-unit package and bridging / not bridging 5 and 6? )
Poker II switch choices = :(
Lack of that extra switch to the right of the right shift (which I largely leave unused) = :(

Hooray! The Pure is back! I totally agree with bueller.

Not a huge fan of engraved caps though. Are they just engraved? In the picture, it looks like they're engraved and infilled.

Stock keycaps are just stem covers until you can put on replacements.  :p

I did more enjoyed my Pure over Poker II.
Layout is just perfect, dedicated arrows on the right bottom.
Perfect 60% size keyboard imo

Yea I'm not a fan of the Pro layout at all. Was really happy to see this post, lets hope they are released soon. I wonder if the pictures on the website are pictures of the actual new version or old.
