The Enter key and P not working were probably my fault. The day before shipping it I upgraded the controller firmware to get media keys and layers (number row = F1-F12 and embedded tenkey) working. I'm sure i didn't test it enough, but was short on time. I spent no time trying to make it look pretty; it needed a good cleaning and a coat or two of paint.

Those who had a chance to type on it, how did it feel? Any suggestions for improving it?

Man after seeing jacobulous and haata's lists I feel bad for only bringing a stock hhkb and a poker 2. Hopefully I'll be able to bring in a GON hhkb next time!

So like, it's totally not about what you bring. It's about coming and spending time and learning stuff. Bring what you'll enjoy sharing but don't think about it more than that! <3

Definitely. I learned a lot from Haata and from Jacobulous's rant/lecture. He should really try publishing a paper after he does some research haha. Thanks nucsandwich though for being such a great host!

I almost always bring 0–3 things (because I usually travel by public transit / bike / foot). Yesterday was an exception because HaaTa was traveling light, and because I wanted people to see a bunch of examples of different types of keycaps.
