Just got around to opening my gift

I totally forgot what I put on my message (wrote a long weird blurb about things I liked) and gift was extremely thoughtful.



Had a little bit of everything on the list that I like. Recently have been getting into watches and my gifter was nice enough to give me a watch fixing set. I have already used it over 10 times to readjust my watches, swap out bands, and take off links.

Also included was 2 keycaps (the green one I really don't know what it is, got to investigate) and a geekhack key as well as some DIY cable ties. I have already used them to clean up some cables I had laying around!

Here's pics of my Secret Santa gift!! I loved every part of it. My description given wasn't that great, but my Santa pulled through and made me a very happy boy! Turns out, he also loves basketball and succulents:


He also included a Topre switch keychain, which frankly is freakin awesome. I'm a fidgeter so at work I'm pressing it almost all day hahah. I love it.

The sweet potato ones are dramatically better.

Raspberry and the Japanese dark chocolate (not the nasty dark you can get everywhere) are best, imo.

Some nice candy, charging cables (always helpful) and a cookbook! Lots of interesting recipes. Definitely not stuff I'd usually make (cause it's vegan) but I like that because it gives me new ideas. Hopefully gonna make some sweet potato AL pastor tacos for new years breakfast.

Sorry for the delayed picture posting, I just got back from a trip to my parent's home.

But I did get my secret santa



I mentioned to my santa that purple was in fact the best color. And surprise surprise, they agreed!

So all kinds of purple goodies. A 1up 60% sleeve, a couple purple desk trinkets, a sweet cable, some league swag (I have a problem, I know) and stickers!

I got to open my Secret Santa gift today and I'm blown away. I'm extremely thankful for the gifts and for being able to participate in the event. I've been given some sculpting tools, clay, blanks, some wonderful keycaps and a banana case. I'll definitely put the clay and tools to good use. Same goes for my new banana case.

Just a behemoth of a kit!


I've avoided doing any panel lines or stickers until I decide on if I am going to bite the bullet on a new compressor.

Thanks again, Santa, it was a pretty fun build.  Had a decent amount of undergating on it which was really nice, and helped the build go by a little faster.

Finally made it home after the long break visiting my parents and might I just say, WOW.

I received a cool sneaker keychain, a Lakers snapback, a Gundam ball game thingy (sorry I forgot what they're called!)

Unfortunately I don't follow the NBA so I feel like a bit of a fraud wearing it but it's a nice cap nonetheless! Also, I need to find out where I can buy more of these gundam and start another collection of gunpla.

The most exciting part of the gift was reading the note. Not just one but two pairs of shoes to wait for?? More stuff for me to be excited for! Thank you so much to my SS for managing to deliver such a nice gift even while travelling abroad.
