That's a really cute design! The non-QWERTY layout and the ML switches would ruin it for me, unfortunately. I like how the open spaces over the numpad look modular, instead of having a uniform chunk of plastic coming out of nowhere.
Apparently there are actually more keyswitches under those plastic squares, as is mentioned in the aforementioned review.
