From what I'm reading from the korean post at kbdlab, this would be easier for beginners right?Would you recommend I start with something like this for my first build/ soldering job? I've no previous experience.

I've no previous experience.Absolutely.SMD/diode presoldered means that all the really hard work is done for you. Saves you some 350 solder joints. Plus, GON's PCBs are really noob friendly anyway. They can stand up to a little bit of abuse. As an added bonus, GON is always reachable on skype if you have questions while you're building. Check his subforum for more info. If you have questions about general soldering, check the massive soldering thread.
DanielT, whats the count so far for interest?

I'd love it if GON waited until mid/late January to do this. Not my decision, though.
Love the idea of this PCB/deal to be included for the assembled TKLs on his website!
This might be a silly question but um... does this PCB have Filco-style mounts to use with a Filco case (including the Filco/ONI Tex case)?
im in for one with acrylic nerd TKL. Best if fully built...

I though that was something else. Okay okay, that's really pretty. But the price is really steep though Thanks ! IS the flex really noticable tho ? It's real pretty. Okay, just saw the pictures 0.o that's really...... weird.

Just heard from GON the GB is live http://www.gonskeyboardworks.com/pcbs-and-controllers/150-nerd-tkl-ver20-pcb-w-full-smt.html you can order it at this special price until the end of this year
GON said that the delays with the CNC are solved now and he also made a healthy supply of CNC'd parts so it's OK I also had an order with a 60% plate and now is on the way
What else do I need to add to be able to put together a keyboard? I already have switches, springs, and soldering gear. Do I just need a housing?
Yup pretty much. Maybe some lube
diodes
