They're Alpstacular!
I didn’t realize the T1200 keyboards used these switches http://deskthority.net/wiki/Alps_common_mount_low_profile
Some other Toshiba laptops used Alps SKFL http://deskthority.net/wiki/Alps_SKFL

I actually have one of those laptops literally two feet away from me in its case.  It has SKFL's in it.
