RoastPotatoes Keycaps: [HHKBxRGBxModxSet's]
« on: Sun, 05 July 2015, 16:21:54 »
So I have made some new moulds for HHKB mods I have enter, two alts, two win-keys (which ever way around you have it) and both shifts. Would RGB be of any interest?
I'm thinking I might  just start off with making 5 sets. So if you would like one please post your interest. And I see what I can do.
I'm also not sure what should constitute a set

Order Form
This

Or This

I have also made a set with 3 shades of pink if anyone is interested in other colours I can do them.

bitcoin order count: 2

Past Sales:
More

Keycaps are $9 or bitcoin equivelant.

Albums for Additional Images:

Topre
MX

bitcoin payments come with a bitcoin keycap. These are still a little bit beta as these are handmade doubleshots. There are circle stems and fancy rectangular stems for MX as It was pointed out to me that rectangular stems are not novatouch compatible.
I have tested all MX on gateron blacks and topre on their correct positions on HHKB.

Shipping:
  • Shipping is generally $5 without shipping to a lot of places or again the bitcoin equivalent. I will look into the tracking but all prices seem increase greatly with tracking added.  This is all from the UK.
  • Tracked shipping is $13
Bitcoin Order Count: 1 (to the moon)

Form

My Hat full of Broken Keycaps

The Past:

These are the few that I have left. The apple and strawberry RWarrior is my favourite.  It's now gone
These are some keycaps I have made. Not all are perfect but I hope you like them.
I am doing a raffle style sale but this will only matter depending on how many people want them.

The sale is for 3 or my original designs plus various HHKB Fn's and MX Esc's.

The names are:
- Heart Hug
- RWarriors
- Keyboard Hug
- Topre Fn
- I'm an Esc

I have called two of the RWarriors Robots (Roast-bots) but wanted to avoid any confusion with bro.  So the name has now been changed.

Paypal and Bitcoin will be Accepted. Although, I will see how bitcoin works out. It could be a disaster.

The form has a bad photo because of form image limitations.

Let me know if I missed anything crucial out of the form.

Just MX I'm afraid. I have one RWarrior that is Topre but it is not pictured. It's just OK so I didn't include it.

I'm not quite sure at the moment. I am thinking about the longevity of topre keycaps due to the recent increase in availability of topre to mx sliders. But I will at some point in the future. I have another HeartHug on my HHKB that is topre.

I started trying to make keycaps because of this post. None of them have turned out well at all, but it's been a fun learning experience so far.

A bit out of focus but this is a proof of concept for the keychain.

Although this is a bad example as this one was not actually a keycap as I never cast the underside. But it is my RWarrior on a keychain.

Thanks for paying everybody.

How did everyone know which one they got? I don't see it in my invoice.

Everything is packaged and most invoices have been paid. I am on track to ship the majority tomorrow. Each one should be numbered with it's accompanying card. If you get any extras it was probably done on purpose.
I am looking to improve my cards in the future and also streamline my packaging.

Thank you everyone for participating in my first sale.

The photos hardly do these things justice. So clean and a great texture and feel on the top.

F4 has an amazing speckle and I can't wait to mount it on my white hhkb. Still looks good on the black one :D

I forget to check my own thread :) I am happy to see the positive reactions.

Some extras were damaged ones that I thought still had some use in them but were just a little bit too damaged to sell. One in particular had a small break on the back of the cap which would not be seen through normal use and was also not visible from the reverse. So I hope you use these just to add some colour to your boards.

I just wanted to let you know that I was super pleased with the Topre FNs I received. One was a little freebie, but it was in a great color - both were great actually. The fit is seriously my favorite aspect, and they seem to be just the right thickness for me. I've been using both since I got them, and they've been great overall. Even the one with the slight imperfection.

I really appreciated your sale and look forward to more :D
