Round 1-Phase 3 invoices go out today! I'm currently prepping/packing phase 2.

I honestly don't know how you do these so fast. Shipping was ridiculously soon after the sale. You are a god among men sir

7AM - Prep molds and pour a run (roughly 40 keys in one run)
8AM - Go to work
1PM - Come home on break, take keys out of pressure pot and prep molds
6PM - Pour another run (+40 keys)
9PM - Take molds out of pressure pot, prep molds
11PM - Pour another run (+40 keys)

I've gotten my failure rate pretty low so on a good day 100-120 keycaps. 60-80 if I'm lazy. 30-40 if I'm completely swamped at work. Now, if I can only outsource post-production.....

It's just the customs in my country. They might already be here within 2 weeks but those people let it stay in their storage for another week.
